  • We conduct our Lyfe2U Wellness Assessment.
    Our unique Wellness Assessment consists of a holistic approach to fitness. The assessment includes a movement screen, nutrition analysis, and a lifestyle interview to help match you with the right fitness trainer.
  • We find your success coach.
    Based on our Lyfe2U Wellness Assessment, we match you with an expert personal trainer. Your personal trainer will lead the design of your unique fitness program and support your individual goals, passions, and personality.
  • We make your fitness plan.
    Taking a holistic approach to fitness planning, your certified personal trainer will build a fitness program specifically for you. Your trainer uses a combination of Lyfe2U's proven scientific methodologies and their unique skillset, education, and backgrounds.
  • We get to work.
    Results are everything, and your trainer is there to measure your improvement every step of the way. Your trainer will challenge you every workout and create accountability and consistency as a byproduct of your continued success.
  • You see the results.
    After you complete our initial fitness program, your trainer will analyze your performance. After the analysis, your trainer will focus on your future success and continue growing and fostering your fitness growth goals.
